Originally from Belgium, I moved to Australia over 7 years ago and now proudly call the beautiful Noosa Hinterland home. I’m the photographer behind Concept Photography, an award-recognised Sunshine Coast pet photographer specialising in dog photography, pet photography, equine photography, and fine art animal portraiture.
Animals and photography have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have been practising photography for over 17 years and working with horses and pets for more than a decade. Almost 10 years ago, I made the decision to dedicate my work entirely to what I love most: creating meaningful and timeless pet photography on the Sunshine Coast.
My journey began when I first arrived in Australia and worked on a beautiful equestrian property in the Darwin outback. It was there that I reconnected deeply with photography and realised I wanted to create a business focused entirely on animals and the extraordinary bond people share with them.
Travelling the world taught me more than photography techniques and lighting; it taught me how to capture emotion, personality, and those fleeting moments that deserve to be remembered. Along the way, I had the opportunity to learn from incredible photographers who helped shape both my artistic vision and technical skills.
Today, as a Noosa pet photographer and Sunshine Coast dog photographer, my work is centred on creating images that feel natural, timeless, and full of emotion. I believe understanding animals is just as important as understanding photography. Over the years, I have been fortunate to learn extensively about animal behaviour, helping me create a relaxed experience where pets feel comfortable and genuinely themselves.
I now live in the Noosa Hinterland with my lovely little human and my two cheeky working dogs, Archy and George, who continue to inspire my work every day.

Lynsay Beattie, born and bred in Australia, has been a graphic Designer for over 15 years. Animal lover and gorgeous person she has been with Concept Photography from the beginning. Owner of the gorgeous little Scout her best friend the pug. Lynsay really know how to work her magic to finalise every photos and make them even more special.
